Practical exercises reinforce learning and build confidence in producing professional, effective legal writing.

Designed for aspiring barristers, this module develops essential advocacy skills for both criminal and civil proceedings. Through practical exercises in examination-in-chief, cross-examination, submissions, and mitigation, students build confidence and competence.
